Jon De Jong

Dr. Jon De Jong grew up in Orange City, Iowa, where he spent much of his time on his family’s farm. He earned his B.S. from South Dakota State University before obtaining his M.S. and PhD in Swine Nutrition from Kansas State University. Joining Pipestone in 2011, he currently serves as the EVP of Pipestone Nutrition. Jon and his wife, Karis, reside in Orange City, IA, with their five children: Brooks, Adaline, Hayes, Vaughn, and Mack. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and hiking, as well as spending time with family.
