Erin McCoy

Erin McCoy grew up on a 200-sow farrow-finish farm in southwest Minnesota. She has been a team member at Pipestone serving in various roles throughout her high school and college days, graduating in 2008 from South Dakota State University with a B.S. in Animal Science. Today she shares her expertise and love of pig production with all working as a Veterinary Physician Assistant.
Erin is proud to be the 3rd generation to call her family farm home. She is a die-hard Minnesota Vikings and SDSU Jackrabbit fan and loves the outdoors. If the weather is nice, you will be hard-pressed to find her inside.
