Erin Little graduated from South Dakota State University with a B.S. in Animal Science and an M.S. in Swine Genetics. She began her career with Pipestone managing day-to-day activities in research barns. Today, she serves as the Director of FarmStats with the Pipestone Business team. Erin and her husband Derek live south of Brookings, SD on an acreage raising sheep and cattle.

Carrie Pollard grew up on a 200-sow farrow-to-finish farm in western Illinois. She has a BS and MS in Animal Science from the University of Illinois and spent considerable time on notable wean-to-finish research projects. She joined Pipestone in 2017 and currently serves as a Senior Data Analyst for FarmStats.
