Samuel Morales Zarate Recognized with the David Neuberger II Core Values Award When he joined Pipestone in 2015 after moving to the United States from Mexico, the transition was anything but easy for Samuel.

Lisa joined Pipestone on December 31, 2013, stepping into a role advertised as an analyst position. In reality, her job was much more dynamic, involving production records, reporting, and data management for several sow farms. Over the years, she expanded her skills and responsibilities, becoming an indispensable asset to Pipestone’s technical services team.

Monte plays a pivotal role in the success of new farm start-ups, adeptly training team members and swiftly tackling challenges with his resourcefulness and positive demeanor. He is the go-to person for solutions, and his determination makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

Nicole embodies our core values through her commitment to employee satisfaction, evidenced by low turnover rates and top-tier benefits. Her dedication to fostering growth, ensuring safety, and providing necessary tools for success make her a deserving recipient.

Jenna consistently exceeds expectations in serving clients, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and prioritizing top-notch service. She stands as a cornerstone of the team, embodying dedication and excellence in every role she undertakes.

Joe has a relentless drive and passion for his people, the animals, and to be the best. He takes complete ownership of his responsibilities as a leader and does not wait to be told what to do, but rather works to find solutions to problems.

Dan Hanson, research manager for Pipestone Applied Research, was recently recognized for his work ethic, leadership and commitment to animal care in his more than 11 years at Pipestone with the David Neuberger II Core Values Award.  The award was presented to Hanson at an employee meeting in May.

On May 23rd, 2017 all farm employees met for the semiannual meeting for the afternoon at four different locations to cover: production highlights, gilt productivity and animal welfare and biosecurity review. One of the highlights of the meeting Pipestone Management presents one individual with the Dave Neuberger II Award.

All farm employees met at four locations on May 10, 2016, with two sharing the role of presenting from their specific location.  Some of the presentations were specific to the barns for updated protocols and communication, while others were focused on the global and economic impact Pipestone Management has.

At the heart of the Pipestone Management lies the core values:  Integrity, Caring, Commitment, Growth and Teamwork.  The core values have been the foundation of the System since its beginning 25 years ago. “This individual has a great impact developing employees.
