Dr. Cara Haden, a Pipestone pig vet located in Independence, IA, took a social media journey that has helped educate thousands of people. In October 2020, Cara created a TikTok account to share pig farming content. Her goals remain to educate the public on where their pork comes from as well as showcase how much pig farmers care about their animals. Her minute long videos range in topics from pig care to food labels and much more.

Join host, Dr. Spencer Wayne, a fellow Pipestone pig vet as he discusses with Cara the importance of producing honest and accurate content, how to navigate negative comments and who this platform has reached.
